It does not meaningfully apply to our suppliers, who enjoy the strongest privacy protection available: nonexistence. The data controller is Sloplo Events, a business described in full on our About page, to the extent that it can be.

In practice this may include your name, your email address, your phone number, and the contents of any free-text field into which you have poured your plans. It may also include nothing. Both outcomes are supported.
Your information is used to generate a sense of process. When you submit a form, systems engage, a confirmation appears, and momentum is felt.
Specifically, your details allow us to acknowledge your enquiry, refer to your enquiry, and describe your enquiry as “progressing”. No further uses have been identified.
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest — our legitimate interest being to remain plausible.
Where consent is required, it is warmly assumed. You may withdraw consent at any time, which will change what we do with your data from nothing to nothing.

We do not sell your data to third parties. There has been no interest. We do not share it with our suppliers, for reasons covered elsewhere on this website, and we have yet to attract a second party of any kind.

Retention is reviewed annually, in the sense that a year passes. Data that is no longer needed is identified, considered, and kept.
Under UK GDPR you have rights. We respect them. We respect them from a distance.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion requests are processed instantly, since there is usually nothing to delete. We believe this is the fastest compliance in the industry.
